The Soldano amplifier brand is a story of commitment and perseverance. Founder Mike Soldano’s famous “Quest for Tone” began in Seattle, Washington in the late 70s when he built his own hand – crafted amplifiers including the now historic “Mr. Science”. After studying the leading guitar amplifiers of the day, Mike was still convinced that he could do better. After surviving the ups and downs of a grass roots American startup company, by the late 1980s legendary guitarist such as Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler, Vivian Campbell, Mike Landau and Lou Reed were all using Soldano amps.
Today Soldano amps are revered standards for high end studio and stage performances.
